the above transactions (1 - 6) will be transferred
by e-mails. |

All signatures and
initials for all documents will be done by
Electronic Signatures (for more information,
go to www.docusign.net).
For example, if Mar Vista 21 agents needs
our client’s signature and initials,
(1) Mar Vista 21 agent will e-mail documents
to Client, (2) Client will review documents
and sign (or initial) documents on-line by
using the
Electronic Signature System, (3) Clients
e-mail documents back to Mar Vista 21 agent. |

All communications,
instructions and questionnaires among Mar
Vista 21, Clients, Escrow, Lender and other
vendors can be done by telephone calls, e-mails
and website. This means that the Electronic
Transaction System can complete the real
estate transaction without having to meet
our clients every time signatures and initials
are required. |
